In July, the Defender Association of Philadelphia‘s Pre-Entry Coalition published an enormous Partner Directory that gathers together “a city-wide network of organizations providing essential services in Philadelphia who are committed to creating community responses as alternatives to the criminal legal system“(from their Mission Statement).
