           "RECONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE"
BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Governs all aspects of the organization, and all board members serve on at least one of the various committees.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:
Is santioned to make decisions that is time sensitive with the approval of the Board of Directors.
WORK PLAN COMMITTEE:
Consists of members from the Board which focus on specific work-related areas.
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE:
Consists of Board members and individuals from the community, who give leadership and support from within their specific areas.
INTERNAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE:
Deals with organizational membership and programatic issues.
PUBLIC RELATIONS & OUTREACH COMMITTEE:
Addresses the website, speaking engagements, organizational brochure/printed materials and orientation for new members or the community at large.
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE:
Addresses all fiduciary matters and manages all assets of the organization.
